A charity that saves lives

A charity that saves lives
September 7, 2014 Jess

On the 17th August this year we attended a family day out run by the amazing Tongham fundraisers. The day was in aid of Surrey air ambulance, a charity that saves lives day in and day out, they deal with so many situations and do their very best to save everyone that they can. They attend between 1500-1800 different missions a year.
The weather was a bit rubbish but no one let that dampen their spirits. They had the traditional fete stalls like a raffle but with some incredible prizes like a Samsung tablet, theatre tickets, a HD TV. They also had some more interesting stalls like medieval stocks where you could though a whole bucket of water at the person in them and they had a dog ability contest (there are some fantastic photos below). Overall the day was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed it so much that we have already put our name down to have a table at the next one.

My brother getting absolutely soaked in the stocks.

Also just to say we have some new products on the way! These lovely girlies (from left to right, me, Mel, Ruth and Liv) have actually inspired my latest creations! Many of my ideas come from simple everyday things and the people around me! Head over to our Facebook page for regular updates on the new and exciting products.
Thanks for reading. Join me on Sunday 21st for the next blog. Speak to you all soon.

Much love,

Hiya I'm Jess, I'm the owner of JellyBabeGifts. I started JellyBabeGifts in 2011 when I was only 15 years old. Since then I have built up my business with the help of my Mum. We make nappy cakes, baby hampers, textile gifts and hand sewn cards. I also write blogs about things, local businesses and anything new that JellyBabeGifts has to share.
